Gregory has been privately referred within New York’s design and build community for many years. He designs interiors, plans their construction and presents renovation strategy to New York real estate professionals. Sought for insightful analysis, skilled counsel, a wide network of trusted associates and his abundant, award-winning creativity, Gregory’s high energy and prolific career is firmly grounded in the realities of schedule and budget.

He has a Bachelor’s in Theatre Design, a Real Estate license from New York's Sobelsohn School and an encyclopedic knowledge of the construction process. He also has a love for pencil drawing and has won a National Design Award. Gregory's commercial work has garnered "Best New Shop" from Avenue Magazine and he designed the first Ralph Lauren Polo store. He has designed product for Bergdorf Goodman's windows and his Manhattan winebar, Cafe Chardonnay, was named “New York Magazine's Best.” Gregory's appreciation for luxury living, chef's kitchens and well appointed baths has earned him cover stories and editorial features in House Beautiful, Vogue, BBC, the New York Times and many others.

Through decades of professional practice he has developed an individualized, three-stage design and renovation program to consistently yield handsome and memorable interiors at sensible prices. Gregory’s turnkey service includes pre-purchase consultation, all design and color spec, product sourcing, hand-drawn blueprints, estimation documents and builder selection, full project supervision and problem solving; with furnishings, fine art placement and superb lighting.

We both felt so calm during this time because of his communication skills…the results are (if we say so ourselves) quite gorgeous, and the experience was not what all of our friends told us it would be. I can tell you that Gregory’s methods work because he is an artist with an active design imagination, a superb eye and a knowledgeable, sensible and reassuring touch with the construction staff. We trusted him implicitly and our details are just amazing.

Gregory’s intimate knowledge of color, material and lighting brings a high level of sophistication to a construction project. His project patience helps ground the team and keeps the design process fun. But his real forte is following through to project completion.
